Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you have trouble with work in your home, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep notes in writing.

We will confirm by email that your message arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our reply does not settle things, answer it and ask for another review. You can also turn to your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, the state contractor licensing board may also help.
